Ingredients

80 gr. from chocolate Nestle
two bananas
two eggs
125 gr. Of flour
80 gr. of butter
25 gr. cocoa powder
80 gr. of sugar

Chocolate and banana sponge cake recipe

It starts by turning on the oven at 180º C so that it takes up temperature for when we need it.
On the one hand you are going to beat the eggs together with the sugar, to obtain a white cream. In another bowl you are going to sift the flour, make a crater in the center and add the yeast there, stir and thus mix both ingredients.
The bananas are going to be chopped and mashed, trying to get a kind of dough. You are going to melt the butter in the microwave, in a bowl that is suitable for this appliance, along with the chocolate.
Pour the cocoa powder into the egg mixture and beat with the mixer or with an electric whisk. Next you are the banana and you start to beat again. Finally, add the flour sifted with the mixer, beating well until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
Pour this mixture into the mold, which is better if it is removable, and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes. Prick with the knife before taking out, to see if it comes out clean.
Cover with the mixture of chocolate and butter that you have prepared and let it rest for about 10 minutes before tasting it.
