Ingredients
- 270 gr. pollock
- 100 gr. from prawns
- 80 gr. from rice
- 1 onion
- 2 teeth of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 bay leaf
- Olive oil
- Salt
Fish soup with prawns recipe
- Start by peeling and chopping the leek and carrot, into very small pieces. Along with the bay leaf, all this you are going to cook for about 15 minutes to make the broth.
- In another saucepan you are going to cook the haddock, along with the peeled prawns, so that they are ready when you need it. When removing the pollock, crumble it well, so that it is easier to distribute.
- Strain the broth and throw in the bay leaf. In the case of the leek and the carrot, you are going to toss it into a pan with a good drizzle of oil to fry it together with the onion, garlic cloves and tomato, all finely chopped. Add a tablespoon of paprika, stir well and let everything brown.
- Add everything to the blender, beat well to achieve a good mixture and pour into the stock pot. Put the saucepan on the fire and wait until it boils.
- Then add the haddock along with the rice. Stir a little and let it be done for 20 minutes.
