  • 8 large volcanoes
  • 150 gr. of gulas
  • 250 gr. from mushrooms
  • 2 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation of the eel-stuffed volcanoes

  1. Wash the mushrooms well and cut off the end of the stem, that is, where the soil is. Drain them well and pour the lemon juice on top so they don’t turn dark. Reserve them.
  2. Now pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and heat it over low heat. While it is heating up, cut the garlic cloves into small pieces. Do the same with the chilli and remove the seeds. Once the oil reaches a suitable temperature, sauté the garlic and chilli.
  3. When the garlic begins to brown, add the mushrooms and continue to fry until the water they release is completely evaporated, seven minutes will be enough. Then add the gulas and continue cooking for three more minutes. Add some salt.
  4. While you wait for the filling to cool down a bit, heat the volcanoes in the oven at 150ºC for a couple of minutes. As soon as they are, you will only have to fill in. You finally finished!
