With this recipe you will learn how to make delicious zucchini stuffed with white sauce that will make you lick your fingers over and over again.

Ingredients

  • 8 zucchini
  • 500 gr. from mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 glass of Red wine
  • Oregano
  • Ground chili
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • White sauce
  • Grated cheese

Preparation of zucchini stuffed with white sauce

  1. After washing the zucchini, you cut them right in half and make incisions in the meat. With a spoon, being very careful, you extract the filling. If you find that it costs you a lot, put them in the microwave for a couple of minutes so that the meat becomes tender.
  2. Peel the onion and chop it well, crushing it together with the zucchini meat.
  3. Along with the garlic, sauté the onion a little until golden brown.
  4. Salt and pepper the meat to your liking, also adding a little ground chili pepper, and knead well with your hands so that the ingredients are well integrated.
  5. Chop the bell pepper and add it to the pan when the onion is transparent.
  6. After making the bell pepper, add the meat and mix well, stirring very well so that all the ingredients are well integrated.
  7. Pour the glass of white wine and cook until the alcohol has been consumed.
  8. Distribute the meat in the different zucchini, cover with the white sauce and grated cheese.
  9. Put in the oven at 180º C for a quarter of an hour and ready to eat.
