Ingredients

  • 6 zucchini
  • 1 casacrem
  • Grated cheese
  • Parsley
  • Salt

Recipe for zucchini stuffed with casacrem

  1. Cut off the tops of the zucchini, then cut them in half. Put them to cook with water and a little salt for about 10 minutes so that the meat softens.
  2. Put the oven on at 180º C so that it takes up temperature.
  3. When the zucchini are done, with a knife make incisions in the meat and with a spoon you extract it, being very careful not to spoil the skin.
  4. Cover the inside with the casacrem cheese, a little grated cheese on top and parsley.
  5. Put in the oven, in a tray that is suitable for this work, for about 12 minutes to have them ready to eat.
