Using the thermomix, you can have in a few minutes some delicious thermomix stuffed peppers, especially if you follow this recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 Red peppers
- 200 gr. from rice
- 300 ml. of water
- 50 ml. Of olive oil
- 1 onion
- 500 gr. from mince
- two tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of provencal herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of stuffed peppers thermomix
- Peel and cut the onion and tomatoes into wedges, which you add to the glass and crush for 15 seconds at speed 5. When finished, lower the remains that have remained on the walls and add the oil, now programming at spoon speed, varoma temperature for 2 minutes.
- Add the minced meat when the program ends, along with the Provencal herbs and seasoning to taste. Run the same program just for 15 minutes.
- Take everything out of the glass, cleaning it well, and now add the water with a little salt. Heat for 7 minutes at varoma temperature with speed 1 and turn to the left.
- Pour the rice through the vowel and program at 7 minutes again with varoma temperature and at speed 1.
- Check that the rice is well cooked and it is time to mount the pepper.
- You open it, remove the seeds, fill with the rice and the sauce that you have made to the pepper, put the chunk that you have cut and place the peppers on a baking tray.
- Bake for about 10 minutes at 180º C to have your dish ready.
