Follow this recipe step by step to make some delicious peppers stuffed with blood sausage with which you will not disappoint your family.
Ingredients
- 1 blood sausage
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 liter of bechamel
- 16 piquillo peppers
- 3 tablespoons tomato fried
- Olive oil
- Grated cheese
Preparation of peppers stuffed with blood sausage
- Clean and chop the chives well into small pieces that you put to fry in a pan with a little olive oil.
- You remove the skin from the blood sausage and chop it, to fry it with the chives until the two ingredients have been well integrated.
- Be very vigilant about the excess fat that the blood sausage will release, which you will have to remove. Salt and pepper a little if you like.
- Add three tablespoons of béchamel sauce and mix well, transferring everything to a plate to cool down.
- Mix the dough that you have made with the tomato sauce until it is well integrated.
- Open the peppers and pour the filling that you have prepared inside, sprinkling as much grated cheese on top as you want.
- You can put them in the oven for about 10 – 15 minutes to bake or fry them with a little oil, the choice will be up to the cook.
- It is better to take them hot, so that in each puncture they mix well with the filling when you eat it.
