  • 160 gr. Of flour.
  • ¼ kg of chocolate for desserts.
  • 7 eggs.
  • 1 sachet of yeast.
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  • 1 liter of milk.
  • 120 gr. of white sugar.
  • 130 gr. of butter.

Easy chocolate cake recipe.

  1. First we are going to use two bowls; In one we will add the egg whites and in another the yolks (use only six eggs). We are going to bring the whites to the so-called snow point, which is achieved by beating the whites with a little sugar, obtaining a whitish mixture. Now we add more sugar to the yolks and beat them well for five minutes, to get a kind of white cream.
  2. Little by little, add the flour, and then the yeast, to the whipped whites, without dismantling them. Now we add the yolks and mix everything with gentle movements so that we can get a mixture that is as homogeneous as possible.
  3. We turn on the oven at 190º C so that it is prepared to heat our cake.
  4. We grease a mold with the butter, so that it does not end up sticking and pour the dough into said mold. We are going to bake it for 40 minutes, and we will remove it when we see that it is well browned.
  5. Now we go for the chocolate; in a saucepan we are going to heat a little butter. When it starts to melt, add the sugar and stir until you get a creamy mixture. We add the chocolate together with the milk and we stir it all well, until the cream is brown.
  6. We proceed to beat the white of the remaining egg until it reaches the point of snow, then we add the yolk and mix. We finish by pouring the chocolate and we are mixing so that the white does not disassemble. This will result in a thick cream.
  7. When removing the cake from the cake, we let it rest in the fridge for half an hour. Once cold, we cut the cake in half, horizontally, and fill it with chocolate. Once ready, we join the two halves again and proceed to spread the upper part with more chocolate.
