- 1 kg. sliced dogfish
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- two onions
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 teeth of Garlic
- 250 ml. white wine
- 250 ml. fish broth
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Ground black pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation of dogfish in yellow sauce
- To start preparing this rich fish, you are first going to peel the onions and garlic. Cut everything into squares, wash the parsley and chop finely. Reservation.
- On the other hand, add the fish to a bowl, season it with lemon, salt and pepper to taste and set it aside as well.
