7 yolks egg.

1 lemon
150 gr. of sugar.

1 knob of butter.

We turn the fire to medium power and put the milk to boil together with the vanilla stick. On top, we grate the lemon peel and let everything boil for a few minutes. Then we turn off the fire and remove from the fire.
We mix the sugar and flour in a bowl. We beat the yolks and add them. Mix well and then add the beaten egg.
With everything mixed, and the warm milk, we are pouring it little by little, continuing to stir until a smooth mixture is achieved.
We put the mixture back into the saucepan and boil, until it thickens.
