Recipe for pastry cream with custard.

  1. On the fire we put a saucepan with the milk and the vanilla stick. When it boils, add the custard envelopes and stir well for a few minutes, until mixed. Once achieved, we remove from the fire and let it warm.
  2. In a bowl we mix the sugar with the flour, and when the milk is warm we add it, while stirring well. Then we beat the yolks and add them too, as well as the egg.
  3. If you have milk left over, add it to the mixture and stir.
  4. Everything mixed? Then return to the saucepan and cook until it becomes a thicker cream. We pour it into a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool it down a bit.
  5. Place the butter on the surface so that it does not stay so dry.
