- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tooth of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons curry
- 1 cup of water
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation of curry sauce with vegetables
- If you have a blender at home, this sauce will cost you very little to prepare, since it will be enough for you to put all the ingredients inside it and start it and the sauce will make itself. But if you don’t have it, then everything will have to be done manually.
- Start, in a frying pan, frying the onion and garlic clove well with a little oil, until they are golden brown.
- In the case of water, you are going to put it in a saucepan until it starts to boil, once this is achieved, turn off the heat.
- Once you have the onion and garlic ready, transfer them to the blender glass, along with the two tablespoons of paprika and the parsley. Begin to beat until the ingredients are unified.
- Then add the basil, oregano and bay leaf. Beat again until they are unified again.
- Now sprinkle the curry, beat again until you see that it has been well combined.
- Finally, without stopping beating, add the water, so that the paste is less thick.
- Once finished, test its flavor, because you may not notice that you have to add salt and pepper. But you can always season a little and whisk again.
- Reserve until you are going to use it for cooking.
