Ingredients

  • 3 onions
  • two eggs
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of cornstarch
  • 2 cups of breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Crispy onion rings preparation

  1. You are going to begin to peel the onions, remove the first skin and chop them into slices one centimeter thick.
