1 kg. from pumpkin
400 gr. from spinach
4 carrots
3 leeks
300 ml. from cream liquid
1 onion
Oil
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation of the pumpkin and spinach cream

The first thing we are going to do is wash and peel the pumpkin. Cut it in half to make it easier for you, and as soon as you have it, cut it into as small pieces as you can. Do the same with the carrots, the onion and the leeks. Also wash the spinach.
Next, take a medium saucepan and pour a good drizzle of oil. Put the heat over medium power and, as soon as the oil is hot, add the vegetables. Stir with the help of a wooden spoon so that they are all done equally.
When you see that the vegetables begin to take color, add water to cover approximately half of the pot and leave it on medium heat for about twenty minutes. Prick the carrots or squash from time to time with a fork, since they are the vegetables that take the longest to cook.
When they are soft, add them to the blender glass and add a little salt and pepper. Mix everything until you get it to be liquid.
Now, put the contents of the blender glass back in the pot and add the cream. Leave it over medium heat for about five minutes and move from time to time.
