500 gr. from pumpkin.
110 gr. from potato.
1 carrot
1 leek.
25 gr. from cream liquid.
Juice of Orange.
½ of water.
Olive oil.
Pepper.
Salt.

Pumpkin and orange cream recipe.

The first thing is to heat a little oil in a pan or saucepan and peel, wash and cut the leek into very small pieces. We do the same with the onion, which we will also cut into small pieces.
With the oil already hot, we add everything so that it cooks well for several minutes. Stir it from time to time so it doesn’t stick.
As we are going to need hot water, we fill a saucepan more or less in half and put it over medium heat so that it boils. You can add a little salt.
Now we peel and clean the carrot to cut it into slices. We are going to cut the pumpkin in half to be able to handle it better. We remove the skin, wash it and cut it into very small squares. We also peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
We put all the pieces into the saucepan of hot water and let it cook for 20 – 25 minutes, with the lid on so that the heat does not escape and that way it is done before.
With the ingredients already cooked, and with the leek and onion well poached, we will add everything to the blender glass. We beat everything well until we achieve a fine and smooth mixture, that not a single piece of the vegetables is perceived.
If it is already ready, then we add it to the pan where we will add the orange juice, which can be bought or we have squeezed it ourselves from a few oranges, along with a little cream and we will stir everything well for five or seven minutes. .
