For those who like intense flavors, it is possible to prepare the wonderful pumpkin curry cream. This sure helps a lot of people take it.


  • 600 grams of pumpkin.
  • two potatoes.
  • 1 onion.
  • 3 carrots.
  • 1 tooth Garlic.
  • 50 gr. of butter.
  • ½ liter of water or vegetable broth.
  • Curry sauce
  • Black pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Olive oil.

Pumpkin and curry cream recipe.

  1. First we will take care of the pumpkin, which we will cut in half to be able to clean it better. Then we cut it into small square pieces. We do the same with the rest of the vegetables, but in the case of the carrot we are going to cut it into slices. The potatoes must also be cut into small pieces so that they are done before.
  2. In a pot we heat a jet of oil and first add the onion and garlic so they are poached. We are stirring it from time to time and after having spent about 6 minutes we add the rest of the vegetables so that they poach a little.
  3. Then add ½ of water, or if we have better vegetable broth, and placing the lid we let it cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
  4. We will check if the vegetables are tender with the carrots or the pumpkin. If they are already, we will add a little salt and pepper and stir well so that it mixes with the broth.
  5. We put everything into the blender glass and beat everything well until we get a smooth and fine cream. Then we return everything back to the pot we were using and add a few tablespoons of curry (according to taste) and stir from time to time to mix the flavors.
