- 500 gr. from mushrooms fresh laminates
- 1 onion White
- 2 glasses of whole milk
- 100 gr. wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 50 gr. dried thyme
- 1 jet of White wine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of the cream of mushroom cream without cream
- Peel the onion, and cut it into small cubes. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, over medium heat, and when it is hot, fry the onion over medium heat with a pinch of salt.
- Once the onion is thinner and more transparent, add the washed and well drained mushrooms.
- Season the sauce with ground black pepper and salt to your liking, and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until the mushrooms have changed color.
- Add the wheat flour, and stir everything well. In this way you will get your cream of mushroom cream to thicken well afterwards. Turn off the heat and reserve.
- Pour the whole milk into a saucepan with a certain depth, and also add the previous mixture and the thyme.
- Boil all the ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes, until they thicken. If you wish, you can also pour a splash of white wine. After the appointed time, put out the fire.
- Now beat the cream with the mixer until you get a homogeneous texture. Rectify with salt.
