1 broccoli
1 onion
1 potato big
50 gr. of butter
250 ml. liquid cream
1 tub of Philadelphia cheese little

Preparation of the broccoli cream

To start preparing this dish, the first thing you have to do is boil the potato. Cut it in half and put it in a saucepan with water. Leave it for about thirty minutes and, when you see that it is softer, put it to drain and remove the skin.
Now wash the onion, peel it and grate it. Next, put the butter in a pot and, when it melts, add the onion. Wait about five minutes and, meanwhile, mash the potato.
If this time has passed, add the potato with the onion and give everything a couple of turns. Wash the broccoli, cut it up and add it to the pot as well. Wait five minutes and then pass it through the blender.
Next, add the cream and cream cheese and give everything a couple of turns.
Add a little salt and black pepper and stir again. Leave it on the fire for another five minutes and, when this time has elapsed, you can set it aside. Your broccoli cream is ready! Take advantage!
