- 250 ml. of water
- 2 teaspoons of coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon of salted sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia (optional)
Preparing whole grain crackers
- Before you start preparing the cookies, turn on the oven and preheat it to 180 ° C. Cover a tray with parchment paper and reserve.
- Then pour the wheat flour, flour, onion powder, salt and mix to integrate into a bowl. Add the oil, mix with your hands and add the water slowly while continuing to knead.
