  • 1/2 kilo of crab sticks
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of bell pepper powder
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of crab salad with avocado

  1. The first thing is to cut the coriander finely, the smaller it is, the better. The ideal amount will be 1/4 cup.
  2. When you have the chopped cilantro, add it to a bowl and add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, bell pepper and salt to taste. Stir until all the ingredients are well integrated. You already have the dressing!
  3. In a salad bowl add the crumbled crab sticks and season with salt and pepper. Then cut the avocado into two parts, remove the seed and cut the pulp into small squares. Do not throw away the skin, we will serve our recipe there.
  4. Add the avocado cubes to the bowl along with the crab meat and then bathe the mixture with the coriander dressing.
