Ingredients

  • 250 gr. by surimi
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1/2 onion dwelling
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of juice lemon
  • Salt
  • Parsley

Preparation of crab and lettuce salad

  1. The first thing we will do is peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes. Add plenty of water to a saucepan, heat over high heat and add the potatoes when the water boils. Let them cook until tender, about fifteen minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the crab sticks into medium pieces, preferably the same size as the potato cubes.
  3. Peel, wash and dice the red onion. When the potatoes are ready, strain them and rinse them with plenty of cold water so that they lose heat.
  4. While the potatoes are cooling, prepare the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, honey, lemon juice and salt to taste in a bowl. Stir until the ingredients are correctly integrated.
  5. Separate at least twelve whole leaves from the romaine lettuce and wash them with water and vinegar to disinfect them. Be careful not to break the lettuce leaves, remember that you will serve the filling there.
  6. In another bowl, add the crab, onion, potatoes and dressing. Stir with a plastic paddle until all the ingredients are well seasoned.
  7. Place the romaine lettuce leaves on a tray and add the filling on top. Finally, if you wish, decorate with a sprig of parsley. Wait no more, run to try your crab and lettuce salad, which is yummy!
