two eggs.
150 gr. of butter.
400 gr. Of flour.

We will start beating the eggs with the two kinds of sugar, until they are mixed into a uniform liquid. Then we add the butter and beat well, to achieve a kind of smooth cream.
In this cream we add a tablespoon of bicarbonate and stir well again.
We only need the flour, which we are going to pour slowly while stirring well, it is advisable to use electric rods so that all the ingredients are mixed well until a kind of dough is formed. Stop then.
We crush the walnuts well, to leave it in small pieces. We add them to the mixture and stir again until the dough becomes so consistent that we cannot continue stirring.
At that time, put a little flour in your hands and knead in an artisan way, until your dough takes consistency and is well elastic. Shape it into a ball to make it easier to work with.
We put the oven on at 170º C so that it is prepared.
We will take pieces of the ball and squash them, until we give them the desired shape. We place them on the oven tray with great care, leaving space between each one.
With the tray full, and having finished using all the dough, we put it in the oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes or so.
