Prepare these mushrooms with garlic in frying pan and serve them both as a starter, as an aperitif or as a unique and light dinner. Best of all, these mushrooms take just 20 minutes to prepare!
Ingredients for four people:
- 500 gr. from mushrooms
- 5 teeth of Garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 gr. of butter
- 1 glass of white wine
- A bunch of parsley
- Salt
Preparation of the mushrooms with garlic in a pan
- You have to start by cleaning the mushrooms with a kitchen cloth to remove any type of soil residue well. Do not wet the mushrooms with water.
- Next, peel, wash and crush the garlic cloves into a paste. Then add the olive oil and butter to the pan, and when the oil is hot and the butter is melted, add the garlic.
- Sauté the garlic for 3 minutes or until it begins to smell. Add the mushrooms and let them cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Eight minutes will be enough.
- When you notice that the mushrooms are almost done, add the glass of white wine and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes over high heat to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
- Then sprinkle a few sprigs of parsley on top, remove the pan from the heat, and you’re done. Serve your garlic mushrooms in a hot pan. Enjoy your meal!
