  • 2 thick salmon slices
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill
  • Chopped parsley
  • Virgin olive oil

Easy Baked Salmon Preparation

Preparing this dish is very simple, and like the salmon baked in papillote, you only have to put the ingredients and the oven will do the rest.

  1. Season the salmon slices and preheat the oven to 180 degrees with heat up and down.
  2. Cut the lemon into slices and put them in the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. On top we will place the salted salmon slices and add a pinch of dill, which is an aromatic herb that is very good for this fish.
