  • 450 gr. of gulas
  • 2 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 chilli
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation of the eels with garlic and spicy

  1. To prepare some spicy garlic eels, the first thing to do is to heat three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and meanwhile we will peel the garlic cloves into thin slices. In the case of chilli, it is better to cut it into short strips. Another option is to cut it into slices and then chop it into small pieces.
  2. Next we pour the chopped garlic into the pan and turn the heat to maximum, stirring well so that they brown quickly. Once ready, lower the heat to half and add the chilli, so that for a minute or so, it sautées with the garlic.
  3. Then we will add the gulas and with a wooden spoon we will stir well. It is advisable not to stop stirring until the gulas are ready because they stick very easily. If the temperature of the fire is at half power, in less than five minutes they will be ready.
  4. Now it only remains to pass it to a clay pot, the most suitable container to serve this dish so as not to lose the heat.
  5. You can also serve montaditos, toasting slices of bread and putting them on top. Take advantage!
