- 500 gr. of gulas
- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Olive oil
Preparation of the eels with garlic and paprika
- The first step in preparing really delicious gulas with garlic and paprika is to sauté the gulas. You must add a little olive oil to a large frying pan. Do not add too much oil as we do not want the dish to be too greasy.
- Put this oil to heat over medium heat and, once you notice that the oil has reached a suitable temperature, add the eels in the pan. Cook them for at least ten minutes to make sure they are completely done. Then turn off the heat and reserve.
- Pour a little more oil into another pan and, while it heats up, peel and cut the garlic cloves very small. When the oil is hot, fry these garlic in it. Once they begin to brown, take the pan off the heat for a moment and add the paprika. Return the pan to the heat, stir the ingredients a little and set aside.
- Pour this sauce over the contents of the other pan and stir all the ingredients to mix well. And that’s all! You can now serve your gulas with garlic and paprika. So now, enjoy them! Don’t let them get cold!
