  • 4 grouper fillets
  • 3 teeth of Garlic
  • 250 ml. from cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Chive (optional)
  • White pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of grouper in white sauce

  1. To prepare this recipe, you first have to season the fillets on both sides.
  2. Then, peel the garlic cloves, remove the germ to avoid repeating them, and cut them into squares. If you have a garlic masher, you can also use that.
  3. Next, place the butter and a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and when it melts, add the garlic to fry them over low heat.

  5. Fry the fillets in three tablespoons of hot olive oil in another pan and when they brown (three minutes per side will be enough), remove them and add them to the sauce.
  6. Let your fish cook for a couple more minutes to integrate the flavors and remove from the heat.
