- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 Red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 70 ml. fish broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 lemon
- 1/8 of brown sugar
- 2 sprigs of parsley (optional)
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste

- To make this grouper in tomato sauce, you’re going to start by seasoning the fillets with lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Reservation.
