  • 4 grouper fillets
  • 300 gr. from prawns peeled
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 cups of fish broth
  • 1 bunch of garlic
  • 1 glass of White wine
  • Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of grouper in shrimp sauce

  1. The first thing you are going to do is season your grouper fillets on both sides and pass them in flour so that they are completely covered.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of olive oil to a frying pan and when hot, add the fillets. When they begin to brown, remove them and put them to drain on a plate with absorbent paper.
  3. Peel and dice the onion, as well as the garlic sprouts after washing, remove the first skin and discard the base with the roots.
  4. Remove the excess oil from the pan where you fried the fish with a spoon, bring to the fire and add the onion to poach it. When it turns transparent, add the garlic sprouts, mix and cook for a couple more minutes.
  5. Then add the grouper and after five minutes, add the prawns. When you see that your prawns have changed color, remove from the heat.
  6. You can serve your grouper in shrimp sauce with a little chopped parsley on top to decorate your plate and give it a special touch. Very good profit!
