Baked gilthead bream with onion recipe
- Peel the onions and potatoes, then cut them into slices. Sauté all the slices in a frying pan with a little olive oil, so that they brown.
- Once ready, place the slices in a source, but set aside some onion slices that you are going to go through the grinder to have small pieces.
- Now clean the bream, gutting it and removing the thorns. You are going to put it on the tray, on top of the potatoes and onion.
- Cover the top of the bream with the crushed onion, add a little salt and parsley and then bathe it with a glass of white wine.
- Put in the oven and program at 120º C for 40 minutes to have this tasty dish ready.
