The meat salmorejo is very different from the traditional salmorejo, since it is not a sauce, but rather a dish that can be used as a first or second course and you will be full.


  • 200 gr. from chicken
  • 1 head of Garlic
  • 4 eggs hard
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 can of bell pepper
  • 150 ml. Of olive oil
  • Sherry vinager
  • Salt

Preparation of meat salmorejo

  1. Better than cook the eggs yourself and don’t buy them ready. Put the four eggs in a saucepan with plenty of water and in about 10 minutes you will have them ready.
  2. While they are being made, peel the garlic cloves that make up the head of garlic, and then chop them all well minced or pass them through a crusher, whichever you prefer.
  3. Of the remaining egg, you will only have the yolk, which you add to the blender glass along with the pieces of garlic.
  4. When the eggs are hard, you peel them, chop as much as possible and beat everything, adding a little salt. You will have a thick mass, which you will loosen a little more with the olive oil and vinegar.
  5. Now add the egg white along with the bell pepper, cut into strips, and a little saffron if you have one. Stir well and you have this part ready.
  6. Now you are going to have to grill the meat in a pan, then chop it up and add it to the sauce you have prepared.
  7. And you already have this perfect dish ready to eat.
