  • 1 kg. from tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 teeth of Garlic
  • 20 ml. white vinegar
  • 80 ml. Of olive oil
  • two eggs
  • 100 gr. of ham
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Salt

Preparation of light salmorejo

  1. Put the eggs to cook in a pot with plenty of water for ten minutes and in another put the carrot already peeled and chopped, leave it also for ten minutes.
