- 1 kg. from tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 teeth of Garlic
- 20 ml. white vinegar
- 80 ml. Of olive oil
- two eggs
- 100 gr. of ham
- 1 can of tuna
Preparation of light salmorejo
- Put the eggs to cook in a pot with plenty of water for ten minutes and in another put the carrot already peeled and chopped, leave it also for ten minutes.
