Salmorejo with honey is a sauce widely used to bathe aubergines when they are fried or to coat different types of meat, especially chicken breasts or thighs.


  • 1 kg. from tomatoes
  • 400 gr. of bread
  • 100 gr. from honey
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 100 ml. Of olive oil
  • 40 ml. sherry vinegar
  • Salt

Preparation of salmorejo with honey

  1. In the thermomix glass put the chopped bread, better if it is from the day before, along with the olive oil and vinegar.
  2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it well to add it, as well as peel and chop the tomatoes to add them to the glass.
  3. Beat everything well so that a kind of sauce is formed. Then add a little salt and beat again.
