Ingredients for four people:

  • 8 yellow peppers
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 5 chives
  • 100 ml. of oil
  • A tablespoon of salt
  • 150 gr. fresh cheese
  • 4 teaspoons vinegar

Preparation of the yellow chili sauce

  1. To start preparing this sauce you must first remove the heat from the peppers. To do this, cut their ends and then chop them in half. With a spoon remove the vein in the middle and with it all the seeds will come out.
  2. Now scrape the walls of each of the peppers, wash them well and then place them in a pot with water and two teaspoons of vinegar. Take them to the fire.
  3. When the water starts to boil, remove them from the heat, wash them and return them to the pot with water and vinegar. You have to leave them boiling until you see that when you touch them, the skin peels off.
  4. If they are already at that point, drain them, wash them again with water and wait for them to cool. Then you can remove the skin from all the peppers. Reservation.
  5. Peel the onion and cut it into pieces. Wash the chives and separate the green from the white. Cut the white part into medium pieces.
  6. Now heat three tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add the onion and let it fry for 5 minutes. Add the chives, garlic and cook for five more minutes.
  7. Now add the contents of the pan together with the chili peppers, a pinch of salt, the rest of the oil and the cheese and blend until obtaining a homogeneous sauce.
  8. Your chili sauce is ready to serve! If you have leftovers, you can store it in a glass container and put it in the refrigerator. Enjoy it!
