  • 150 gr. of sugar
  • 125 gr. of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of essence of vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon

  • 200 gr. from chocolate pastry
  • 100 gr. jam Orange

Chocolate and orange frola pasta recipe

  1. Start the recipe by beating the eggs together with the sugar, the grated lemon peel, a tablespoon of vanilla essence and the butter, until obtaining a smooth and whitish mixture.
  2. Add the flour little by little, while stirring, until you get a dough with a little more body. When you see that you cannot stir more, put the dough in the fridge to rest for an hour, and thus have more consistency.
  3. While we are going to prepare the filling. In a saucepan you are going to put the cream to heat, and then add the chocolate and jam. Stir well until the ingredients are unified.
  4. Take the dough out of the fridge and program the oven at 185º C so that it preheats.
  5. Cut a portion of the dough that you are going to flatten well and cut into strips, to cover the sweet. You will flatten the largest portion and put it in a pan. Fill with the mixture that you have prepared in the saucepan and cover with the strips, trying not to stick to the pan, but to the dough.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes and soon you will enjoy one of the best desserts in the world.
