Frola thermomix pasta recipe

Enjoy a delicious sweet preparing in a moment the thermomix frola pasta, as it will save you a lot of time thanks to the fast work of the kitchen robot.


  • ½ kg. Of flour
  • 190 gr. of sugar
  • 5 egg
  • 295 gr. of butter
  • 55 gr. cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of essence of vanilla
  • 1 lemon
  • 750 gr. quince
  • Brandy

Frola thermomix pasta recipe

  1. Add the slightly soft butter to the thermomix glass along with the sugar.
  2. Program to mix at speed 4 for 10 seconds.
  3. Then add three eggs and program at the same speed for a minute.
  4. Once this is finished, grate the lemon peel and pour it into the glass, along with the vanilla essence.
  5. Mix for another 10 seconds at the same speed.
  6. Add the flour little by little and program at speed 4 for 14 seconds. Scoop out the dough and lay it out on a smooth surface to spread it out well. Cut a piece, let’s say a third of the dough, and with the other part cover the mold that you are going to use with this part.
  7. Now add the quince paste with a splash of brandy. Program at speed 2 for two minutes so that they are well mixed. Spread this mixture over the dough. Beat the eggs that you have leftover and with them you will repaint the strips, so they will be golden and crispy. If you don’t want to beat the egg by hand, you just have to put it in the thermomix and beat it for about 10 seconds.
  8. Cut the third that you have cut into strips and cover the dough, trying not to stick to the mold so that later you will not have problems when removing the pasta.
  9. Bake at 180º C for about 30 – 40 minutes, until completely ready.
