- 500 gr. round beef in fillets
- 4 potatoes medium
- 150 gr. from mushrooms
- 1 plate of flour
- 1 onion median
- 2 teeth of Garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 glass of wine
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 beef stock cube
- Virgin olive oil
Preparation of fricandó with potatoes
- First, salt the round fillets and flour them. Then we mark them in a pan with a splash of olive oil and reserve. It is not about them being done completely, but sealing them on both sides.
- In the casserole where we are going to make the fricandó with potatoes, add another jet of olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and the two sliced garlic cloves. We poach over low heat.

- Then we add the potato wedges and the mushrooms and let them cook for about 20 minutes. Rectify with salt and the fricandó will be ready. If during cooking the stew runs out of water, we will add.
