  • 1 kg. beef brisket

  • two tomatoes
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Flour
  • Water
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Laurel
  • Parsley
  • Salt

Preparation of fricandó with bolets

  6. Then pour in the white wine and half a glass of water. Once the alcohol has evaporated, add the beef and enough water to cover it completely. Stir, cover the pan and cook for 1 hour over medium heat.
  7. After time you will notice that the sauce has reduced, at that time rectify the salt, add the balls and a tablespoon of parsley. Let cook for 10 more minutes.
  8. Finally, remove the pan from the heat, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Your fricandó with balls is ready to serve!
