  • 1 kg. of beef steaks
  • 1 kg. from mushrooms
  • two onions
  • 1 tomato grated
  • 200 gr. evaporated milk
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of fricandó light

  1. The first step to making a really delicious fricandó light is to prepare the meat. To do this, you have to clean the beef fillets and remove all the fat they may contain. As soon as you have done it, we are going to prepare the vegetables.
  2. Start with the onions and peel them and cut them in julienne so that they are done well. Now take the mushrooms, cut the trunk, rinse and slice them one by one. Clean the tomato and grate it. Reserve everything.
  3. Next, pour some olive oil into a frying pan and heat it over high heat. Once it’s hot, sauté the beef fillets. When they have taken color, remove them.
  4. Take advantage of that same oil to make the onion until it is well poached. With about five minutes it will be enough and then add the mushrooms, the grated tomato, the salt and the black pepper and stir. Leave everything on the fire for about ten minutes.
  5. Add the evaporated milk and stir all the sauce well again. When ready, add the veal fillets again and cook all together for about ten more minutes. Now you can turn off the fire, set aside and serve your delicious fricando light. We hope you like! Take advantage!
