If you like Philadelphia cheese a lot, you will like how it will be on the flan, with a very creamy smooth texture.


  • 150 gr. of sugar
  • 200 gr. from Philadelphia cheese
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 100 gr. of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation of philadelphia cheese flan

  1. You are going to put the sugar in a frying pan to heat, without oil, and when you see that it takes on a golden hue, add the water. Begin to stir with speed until the caramel is made. Leave this caramel reserved.
  2. Mix the sugar with the Philadelphia cheese until it becomes a unique mixture. Then add the evaporated milk with the egg and beat without stopping until you make a creamy mixture.
  3. Pour this mixture into a mold that fits in a pot and that you can cover. You are going to prepare it in a water bath, pouring in a couple of glasses of water and trying not to get anything into the container.
  4. Once ready, pour the caramel on top and reserve in the fridge until it’s time to eat it.
  5. If you want it to be a little more curdled, then you will have to add a little curd so that it has a little more consistency and is softer.
