This tempura of fish will serve you To prepare any type of fish in tempura, in addition, in this recipe you will learn how to prepare a delicious sauce for fish.

Ingredients

  • 160 gr. from Cod.
  • 160 gr. from squid.
  • 160 gr. of swordfish.
  • 50 gr. from prawns.
  • ½ radish.
  • 1 spring onion.
  • 1 cup of cornmeal.
  • Olive oil.
  • ½ cup of soy sauce.
  • ½ lemon.

Fish tempura recipe.

  1. We put the flour in a bowl and add a little cold water to it. We beat until we get a creamy mixture, to which we will add a little salt. We stir well and everything is well mixed.
  2. With this we will have the tempura ready, so now we will make the sauce that will accompany it. We will pour the soy into a bowl with a glass of water. Stir for a few seconds and add half of the finely chopped chives as well as the radish, with the squeezed lemon juice. Using the mixer we mix everything in a unique sauce.
  3. Now we will cut into strips all the fish that we are going to use. In the case of the prawns, we peel them well. We spent all this for the tempura, coating it well.
  4. We put a frying pan with enough oil to heat and fry for several minutes. With everything well browned, we put it to release the excess oil on a plate with absorbent paper.
  5. Released all the oil, remove the paper and serve with the sauce that you have prepared.
