- 1 onion
- 2 teeth of Garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 carrot
- 1 leek
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Olive oil
Fish soup with hake recipe
- Peel the carrot well and then wash it under running water and cut it into slices. Also wash and peel the leeks well. You are going to put all this in a saucepan, along with a bay leaf, so that it cooks with enough water for about 15 minutes.
- Once ready, strain the broth and leave it in a separate saucepan. Put the vegetables in a pan together with the rest of the well-chopped vegetables: the onion, the tomato and the garlic cloves. Add the tablespoon of sweet paprika, stir and let everything brown well.
- All the vegetables, once they are ready, you are going to beat them in the blender with a little water until they form a homogeneous mixture. Add this mixture to the broth that you have prepared before and put it on the fire.
