  • 1 kg of white fish fillets
  • two eggs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation of crispy fish pork rinds

  1. To prepare this crispy fish rind recipe you can use any white fish such as hake or grouper. Remove the bones from the fillets and cut them into medium dice or elongated slices, as you prefer.
  2. In a bowl, add the juice of two lemons, salt and pepper to taste and a tablespoon of liquid garlic. Put the chopped fish in the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours.

  6. Then remove the fish and place it on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Your crispy fish pork rind is ready! Run to try it and accompany it with a delicious tartar or guasacaca sauce. Enjoy your meal!

Tips for making crispy fish rinds

  • When frying the fish, we suggest that you do it in several batches and that you are aware that no piece is on top of another. This way the pork rinds will cook better inside and out.
