- 1/2 kg. fish fillets
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 yolk egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powdered
- 250 ml of beer
- 500 ml of vegetable oil for frying
Preparation of the fish pork rind with beer
- The first step to prepare this fish is to cut the fillets into medium pieces, in case they have bones you will have to remove them with the help of a tweezers. Then reserve.
- In a medium bowl mix one cup of previously sifted flour, the baking powder, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder. Add the egg yolk and beer. Stir until you have a smooth semi-liquid cream. If it is very thick add more beer or if it is very liquid, more flour.
- Place the rest of the flour in another plate and heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan for approximately 3 minutes, it must be very hot. Pass the pieces of fish through the flour, then through the pasta with beer and finally fry them.
- When the fish is golden brown and toasted on both sides, take it out and drain it on a plate with absorbent kitchen paper. Repeat the procedure until you have fried everything.
- Serve your fish pork rind with beer alone or with the garnish of your choice. A few drops of lemon juice also notably enhance its flavor. Very good profit!
