Ingredients

  • ½ kilo of noodles thick
  • 250 grams chicken breast
  • 250 grams pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 3 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 l. meat broth
  • 1 tomato natural crushed
  • 1 dash of oil
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 pinch of food coloring
  • Salt to taste

Preparation of the meat fideuá

  1. The first thing we will do is prepare the meat. To do this, remove any fat that it may have and cut the 250 gr. of chicken breast and the 250 gr. pork into very small pieces.
  2. Wash the peppers and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and do the same with it.
  3. Now put your paella pan on the fire over medium-high power with a little oil and, when it is hot, add the vegetables. Add a little salt and mix everything. After about ten minutes, the onion and peppers will have a golden hue. Take them out of the paella pan and leave them in a separate bowl.
  4. Peel and cut the three garlic cloves and put them in the paella pan. Also add the meat and when it turns brown, add the vegetables again. Stir it all together so the flavors blend.
  5. Now put the crushed natural tomato, the saffron and the coloring and stir it all well again.
  6. Pour the chicken broth into the pan until it reaches the screws and taste the salt. If you think it doesn’t have enough salt, add some.
  7. Add the noodles when the broth comes to a boil. It is important that they are thick because that way they will better absorb the broth. Lower the heat to medium power and let them cook for about ten minutes. However, do not lose sight of them so they do not pass you by.
  8. Once everything is ready, turn off the heat and let the fideuá rest for a few minutes, covering it with aluminum foil.
  9. We can now enjoy this delicious meat fideuá. Very good profit!
