Soy falafel are a very common flake dish ideal to serve with a starter. In addition, this recipe is very healthy.


  • ¼ kg. soy.
  • 1 onion.
  • 2 slices of bread.
  • 3 teeth of Garlic.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Sweet paprika.

Soy falafel recipe.

  1. We need the soy to have rested and is tender, so we will have it soaked overnight the day before cooking the recipe, so that it is very tender.

  6. Put a frying pan with enough oil to heat. We batter the balls that we have prepared, or flour, and fry. We recommend doing it two by two.
  7. When they are done, we place them on a tray with absorbent paper, so that they release all the excess oil.
