  • 12 schnitzels
  • 1 plate of flour
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ½ vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 cup of marsala wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Escalopes a la marsala recipe

  1. After removing the fat from the schnitzels, season them to your liking and pass through a plate of flour to coat them.
  2. Put a frying pan on the fire, with olive oil and butter so that it melts. Then add the schnitzels so that they are done well on both sides.
  3. In a cup of hot water you are going to dissolve the bouillon cube. When the schnitzels are ready, remove them and let them release the oil on a plate with absorbent paper.
