  • 3 chives
  • 8 pickles in vinegar
  • 3 eggs cooked
  • 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
  • 118 ml. Of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 branches of fresh dill
  • Pepper
  • Salt

  1. To make this dish, the first thing you have to do is cut the salmon into very small pieces with a sharp knife.
  2. Then mix the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and a pinch of black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the salmon into this mixture, stir so that everything is impregnated, cover with a film and store in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. While the salmon is marinating, wash the chives and 2 sprigs of dill and chop.
  5. Chop the capers, pickles, and cooked eggs as small as you can, too.
  6. Next, remove the salmon from the refrigerator, drain it and mix with the chives, eggs, dill, capers and pickles.
  7. Rectify the salt point and adjust it if necessary, but with caution.
  8. If you are going to serve it as a starter, you can mold it with a metal cylinder and decorate with a sprig of dill.
  9. If, on the other hand, you are going to present it as an aperitif, combine it with black bread or crackers.
