- 15 ml. lemon juice

- To prepare this sauce, the first thing you have to do is peel the garlic and cut it into pieces. If you like the intense flavor of garlic, add more, otherwise lower its quantity, you choose.
- Place the garlic and lemon juice in the blender or blender glass. Crush well and then add the egg, salt to taste and continue beating. If you like, you can add a little pepper as well.
- Without stopping beating and making sure that the mixer rod does not move and remains glued to the bottom of the glass, slowly add the oil in a very fine thread, you will soon notice how the sauce changes its consistency.
