Ingredients for four people:

  • 250 gr. minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2oo gr. natural tomato
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Oil

Preparation of the Bolognese sauce

  1. To prepare this recipe for Bolognese sauce, the first thing you have to do is the meat. Put it in a pot with oil over medium heat.
  2. While you wait for the meat to be done, wash, peel and cut the onion, carrot and garlic clove. It is important that you cut the vegetables as small as you can.
  3. As soon as the meat is done, take it out and put the vegetables in the pot.
  4. As soon as they are a little browned, add the white wine and turn up the heat to maximum power so that the alcohol evaporates for five minutes, then lower it again to the minimum.
  5. Now add the meat and stir everything well to mix it, then add the tomato sauce and oregano and cover the pot.
  6. Leave everything on the heat at medium-low power for twenty minutes and then add the black pepper and salt.
